1. Our companies have a guaranteed origin – as a part of PRK’s standard offer, we provide the following:

• PRK Raft, a.s. is the founder and sole shareholder
• A registered office at Prague 1, Jáchymova 26/2
• All documentation relating to the establishment and transfer of the company prepared in both Czech and English
• The possibility to promptly commence business in the whole range of fields on the basis of free trade;
  corporate tax registration
• A bank account with personal banker, which has been opened with a reputed bank with the paid-up registered capital and maintained under advantageous conditions
• A guarantee of high-quality legal documentation and the observance of legal regulations during the company’s establishment
• A guarantee of the company’s financial solvency (having no debts)

2. The basic services – the procurement of complete documentation and the assistance of a notary public during the company’s transfer – include the following:

• The transfer of the ownership interest in the company to the client
• A change in the management – recalling the present managing director and appointing a new one(s) provided that the managing director(s) has(have) permanent residence in the Czech Republic, in the EU or EEC states (i.e. obtaining residence permit(s) for the managing director(s) to stay in the Czech Republic is not included)
• A modification to the founding document – a change in the business name or the scope of business, or the distribution of an ownership interest and its transfer to several clients, including payment of the notary’s fee
• A change in the registered office in Prague without the necessity to amend the founding document or to transfer the registered office to any place within the territory of the Czech Republic
• The notification of selected branches of business falling under free trade, including payment of the administrative fee
• The procurement of accompanying documents regarding the company’s transfer (excerpts from the Criminal Register and Real Estate Register)
• The registration of changes with the Commercial Register, including the payment of the court fees
• The notification of changes to the competent authorities

3. Additional services during the sale

• The provision of official translations of foreign-language documents, e.g. excerpts from registers, foundation deeds, etc.
• The possibility of the subsequent running of the registered office at Prague 1, Jáchymova 26/2, after the company is transferred
• Other amendments to the founding documents
• The notification of regulated or vocational trade licences or concessions
• The registration in relation to VAT and other taxes
• The mediation of additional legal and tax counselling (investment incentives, investment tax solutions and remuneration of key persons, contracts of management, indemnity insurance, etc.)
